Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the all Progressive Congres (APC), Hafsat his wife, and half a dozen others are to appear in cover charges related to the alleged, diversion and misappropriation of funds.
An high court in kano State issued the order on the 5th of June 2024 which allows the State through substituted service to serve the respondent allowing two National Newspapers to execute them through advertisement on the 6th of June 2024 apart from Ganduje and Hafsat his wife who are the first and second respondent respectively.
The respondents in this case are;Abubakar Bawuro, Umar Abdullahi Umar, Jubilee Muhammed, Safari Textile and Lexage General Enterprises.
Justice Aminah Adamu who presided over the case, granted the order following an application by counsel of the State Government Zahradeen Kofar-Nato Mata, representing the lead prosecution counsel, Ya’u Adamu.
