Mrs Emefiele dragged the Economic and Financial Crimes Comission and it’s chairman to the Federal High court in Lagos for declaring her and posting her pictures on there website as a wanted person without any courts order.
She implored the court of law to inform the EFFC to bring down her pictures and name from there website as a wanted person, she also proceeded with by saying the EFFC should be apologetic for violating her human right through 2 national televisions and 3 newspapers.
Justice Dipeolu been the judge for the case said that it is totally wrong to have announced Mrs Emefiele without any valid charge and a court order to that effect
The judge proceeded by saying the EFFC has to pay a fine of 3million naira as damages for the violations of her human rights.
