Henry Makinwa, a former coach, wants to return to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL). He’s waiting for the right offer to come back to the league where he spent five seasons.

Makinwa has impressive coaching credentials and led ABS FC to promotion from the second tier to the topflight league in 2016. He also helped Katsina United achieve their best-ever finish in the NPFL.

After taking a break, Makinwa updated his skills with refresher courses and is now ready to return to coaching. He believes in the potential of NPFL players and would build a strong team combining local talent with overseas-based stars.

Makinwa wants to create a unique playing identity by training local players regularly. He plans to select players from the north and south and train them every fortnight to create a cohesive team.

Makinwa is eager to return to the NPFL and make a meaningful contribution to Nigerian football. With his experience and updated skills, he’s ready for a new challenge in the league.
