Former Senator Shehu Sani has stated that the recent visits of some prominent northern politicians, including former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, to former President Muhammadu Buhari, are a plot to unseat the current President, Bola Tinubu, in the 2027 general election.
He believes that their actions are too early and may destroy the unity of the country.
