What Is Acne?

  This is a common skin condition that causes pimples and it is caused by clogged pores. Teenagers and young adults most often get acne,but it can also occur during adulthood for most people. How to prevent acne:

1) Avoid popping or picking up pimples

2)Eat a healthy diet

3) Avoid touching your face

4)Stay hydrated

5) Reduce stress

6)Wash your face

7) Avoid oily skin products

8) Consult a dermatologist.

And the causes of acnes are hormones,stress, cosmetics,pharmaceutical drugs, bacteria, insufficient sleep, menstruation etc. And treatments are:

1) Protect your skin from the sun

2)Shower after strenuous activities

3) Avoid friction or pressure on your skin 

4) Avoid picking or touching acne prone areas

5)Wash affected areas with a gentle cleanser.
