What Is Insomnia?
This is a sleeping condition whereby a person has issue falling asleep or a situation where a person has difficulty in sleeping. Most cases of insomnia are caused by depression,poor sleeping habits,illness, anxiety,lack of exercise, eating too much late at night, stress,certain medications.
There are types of insomnia and they are:
1)Acute Insomnia:This is the most common type of insomnia
2) Chronic Insomnia:This is usually a short term condition or a transient.
3)Onset Insomnia:This includes difficulty in finding sleep
4) Maintenance Insomnia
5) Behavioral Insomnia of Childhood
How To Cure Insomnia
Naturally insomnia can be cured by drinking enough water or liquids but not alcohol, Exercises, Sleeping without light interference at night that is(Go dark),Use melatonin supplements. And medically can include therapy, medications, lifestyle drug(Sleep hygiene and light therapy).
Insomnia can last for weeks, months and maybe years if not properly managed.
