Tobi Amusan, Nigeria’s top sprinter, has made history by setting a new African record in the 100 meters hurdles at the African Athletics Championships in Marrakech, Morocco. Amusan clocked an impressive 12.35 seconds, breaking the previous record of 12.44 seconds set by South Africa’s Astria Engelhardt in 2010.
This achievement is a significant milestone for Nigerian athletics and a testament to Amusan’s hard work and dedication.
