The NFF is Nigeria football governing body,formally launched in 1945,it joined CAF in 1959 and FIFA in 1960.The Nigerian football federation is in Abuja as of 2008,the NFF organizes three leagues and five competitors The current president of the NFF is Ibrahim M Causau.
The NFF is currently focused on resolving the disputes between Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and Former super Eagles coach Finidi George.The NFF recently withdrew an award from Kanemi warriors goalkeeper,George Abine and instead awarded it to Abia warriors goalkeeper,Ali Ishaku.
