IMPORTANCE USE OF VEGETABLES.

        Vegetables are essential to a healthy diet and offer numerous benefits when consume. Not only does it offer nutrients and aids digestion because they are high in fibre which support bowel functions and healthy digestion. Vegetables also boosts the immune system. Since vegetables contains antioxidants that help protect the body against free radicals and strengthen the immune system. 

    Vegetables are also rich in vitamins and minerals because it is packed with vital vitamins and nutrients that support various body functions. 

Leafy green vegetables like kale and spinach are rich in zeaxanthin and lutein which promote good sight. Hence vegetables are also essential because it promote and support healthy sights. 

   A balance diet rich in vegetables are linked to a lower and reduce risk of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart diseases and other cancer diseases.  Kale and Broccoli are very rich in vitamin K, calcium and other nutrients important for strong bone. 

    Vegetables are low in calories and a great addition to a weight management. It is advisable for anyone trying to lose weight to eat more vegetables because it is generally low in calories and adding vegetables in meals will help burn and reduce the body calories and thus help individuals on weight loss journey to get their dream body and shape. 

      In conclusion Vegetables improve cognitive functions, lower risk of dementia, support overall health, reduce aging and rejuvenate dying skin. It is thus very important and advisable to include vegetables in our daily diet to stay healthy and young.
