Reducing mass failure among teenagers is a crucial issue among the teenagers of nowadays that needs an urgent solution an a need for immediate attention.
The educational system which is the first stage of learning needs to improve and meet the different needs of students. Students have diverse ways to learn so the method of personalized learing should be adopted where students get to learn based on what they know and how well they can assimilate. The use of learning techniques like practical classes can also make education more engaging and effective.
Teachers also play a vital role in the learning development of students so literate and well grounded teachers should be employed and they should go for trainings and seminars to support their students academically. There priority should be based on how to raise intelligent students. Parent support is also essential, parents also needs to educate their children at home.
However, many students struggle to get quality education due to poverty and lack of resources. Providing students with the basic necessities of learning and a good conducive learning environment is very important. Teenagers who face pressure, challenges and those who a physically challenged that can affect their success, schools should provide counseling and good services that will help them.
In conclusion, reducing mass failure among students requires efforts in educational systems, teachers and parents support, economic and counseling services. By adhering to these areas, we can create a better educational environment for all students.
