The economic burden on student is a pressing issue that demands collective action from government and institutions. it is unacceptable that student are forced to choose between financial stability and academic pressure. The monetary burden on students is a ticking time bomb, threatening to ruin their academic dreams and long – term well-being.The exorbitant cost of education has turned a fundamental right into what only the privilege can afford.
Student’s are forced to juggle part-time jobs, loans and financialstress, all while trying to maintain a good GPA.The consequences tothese are: anxiety,a sense of hopelessness and depression. Thepressure to earn a high salary after graduating can cause a burn outand misguided career choice. It’s time for a change.
I observed that, universities and government should make a financialsupport, affordable tuition, and reourses for mental health .Firstly, governments should prioritize affordable education by subsidizingtuition fees, increasing funding for public universities, andimplementing income-based repayment plans for student loans.
Institutions, on the other hand, must expand financial aid programs, offer scholarships, and provide resources for financial literacy and counseling.
