Macronutrients;These are the nutrients our bodies need in large amounts. These include carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Carbs provide most of our energy; proteins build and repair tissues; fats function in cell activity and also take part in the formation of hormones.

2. Micronutrients;These include the vitamins and minerals our bodies require in lesser amounts but are equally as important, each supporting several various functions in the body, such as immune health, bone strength, and producing energy. Examples would be vitamin C, iron, calcium, and zinc.

3. Balanced Diet;A balanced diet comprises a mix of macronutrient and micronutrient intakes. Aim to include as much variety in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats into the meal to ensure you take all types of nutrients.

Hydration;The body needs ample hydration for proper health. Water helps regulate body temperature, makes digestion more accessible, and transports nutrients. One should drink enough water throughout the day—especially during and after exercise.

5. Meal Planning;It will not only help you avoid impulsive eating and make better choices, but one can also aim to include different food groups in each meal to enrich the diet witan overall balance of nutrients.

6. Mindful Eating;Feel the hunger and eat slowly to avoid overeating, aiding in the easy digestion of food. Try eating your meals and feel the taste and zest of the food you are having.

7.Nutrition Labels;Begin making informed choices at the grocery store by understanding the nutrition labeling process. Start with a special lookout for serving sizes, the number of calories, and amounts in products of nutrients you should be concerned about, such as fats, added sugars, and sodium.
